Enrique Sanchez

Enrique is a British and Spanish Lawyer (Abogado). He qualified as Abogado in 1998 in the prestigious University of Navarra, Pamplona (Spain). Since then he has remained on the Roll in the Law Society of Granada and then Malaga (Spain) and has been practising the legal profession in his own legal firm founded in 2002 by him. He specialises in Private clients, Sport Law, Contract, Company Law, Town Planning and Litigation particularly he has a wide knowledge in the whole process of buying/selling and leasing properties in Spain.

He has been working in the UK since 2007 with his Liverpool office. Now he has an office in Puerto Banús-Marbella, SPAIN where he commutes all the time between the UK and Spain.

Enrique is also the former Hon. Consul of Spain for Liverpool (Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire) since 2011.

• Master in Town Planning & Management from the Official College of Architects of Granada in 2004, endorsed by the Department of Public Works & Transport of Andalusia.

Enrique was the Lawyer of the Andalusian Board of Architects for 6 years (2002-2007), representing the Board in Court as Barrister when he has to. He left the Board when he went to work to the UK.

Acting for a group of 50 investors who lost their deposits when buying a property off-plan in Spain and recovering their deposits plus interests through legal proceedings in Spain against the bank that should have protected those deposits.

Pedro is a qualified Spanish lawyer (Abogado) and represent the Firm in Court as Barrister. He qualified as an Abogado in 1991 in the University of Granada. Since then he has remained on the Roll in the Law Society of Granada (Spain) and has been practising the legal profession. He specialises in Litigation, Private clients, Contract and Company Law.

Collaborating Member of the Law Firm Domínguez González in Granada, devoting myself mainly to legal representation and assistance of various insurance companies, such as AXA SEGUROS S.A., (formerly UAPIBERICA) AEGON SEGUROS S.A., AYUDA LEGAL, INTER PARTNER ASISTANCE ESPAÑA, GESA etc. Main areas of responsibility consisted of preparing and submitting lawsuits and claims, attending Court hearings and being involved in all  in-court and out-of-court activities relating to my clients.
• Town Planning and Real Estate Consultant for numerous property developers along the coast of Almeria.
• I am the Legal Advisor to the Board of Compensation for the SUS-4-SM Sector as part of the Urban Development Plan of El Ejido (Almería).
• Lawyer in charge of drawing up the Project for the Delimitation of General Systems included in the Urban Land Sector of the SUS-4-SM of the Urban Development Plan of El Ejido.
• Legal Advisor to the cooperative Sotavento SCA.
• Legal Advisor to Inversiones Inmobiliarias Costazayni on the construction of 16 homes in Elviria. Drawing up of contracts, liaising, representing and directly dealing with the local council, clients and lawyers.

Ana Escauriaza (La Rioja, 1993)

Ana is a Spanish lawyer, graduated in Law and Political Science in Carlos III University (Madrid, 2016).

She has post-graduate programs also in Law (Master de Acceso a la Abogacía – Master to become Spanish Lawyer; Universidad de La Rioja, 2018) and in Political Science (Master en Análisis Político – Master in Political Analysis; Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, 2018).

Her professional experience included small law firms (in Oviedo, Madrid and Logroño) and in big ones (Garrigues, Madrid).

She is enrolling a PhD program in UNED (Spain).
